any circumstances. This includes our mailing list as well as your email

How
do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?
We use industry-standard SSL encryption.
What if my package does not arrive on time?
Call or email and wewill track your package for you. Have your name, address
and confirmation number on hand when you call or just email the information
to us at: package@orangelola.com.
What
forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You may return your item within 14 days from date of receipt for a complete
refund (less shipping costs) to the same credit card on which it was purchased.
You can also exchange your purchase or be issued a store credit up to
30 days after you have received the original purchase. Holiday purchases
can be exchanged until January 15, 2005 for exchange or credit only. All
items must be returned in the original packaging. If you have any questions,

How
do I make a return/exchange?
Return your purchase in the original exterior box, well-packed and insured
for the full price of the item. Include a copy of the invoice sent to
you at the time of purchase and ship it to the return addresses at the top of this page. We do not accept returns
after 30 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply to
exchanges.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Express shipments
can be quoted for Next day, 2-day or 3-day shipping. Please call us to
be certain we can complete your rush order. We will quote shipping ASAP.
How
are the shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on the total order amount before sales tax and
promotional discounts are applied.
What
are multiple ship-to Addresses?
Please contact us for any multiple shipping orders and we will do our
best to take care of all your shipping needs, email shipping@orangelola.com.
What
happens if an item is out of stock?
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately
upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail, and we will do our
best to fulfill your order. If this is not satisfactory, we will give
you a full refund.
Do
I pay sales taxes on purchases?
Rhode Island residents will have sales tax automatically added to their
order. If Orange Lola is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected
to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the
Internet.
How
do I report damaged shipments?
Please call us immediately at 401-641-7151 and we will process a claim
and/or replacement. FedEx usually requires an inspection in the event
of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until
further notice. Orange Lola MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery
of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all
deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
